Our Policies
We do not share, sell or otherwise distribute customer information of any kind. In the process of accepting your order we accept information about you. We add your email address to our in-house database to notify you of special offers if you choose to participate in the newsletter program. If you wish to be removed from our list, please let us know by email. When you register and /or order online your billing and shipping address will be stored on our secured server for future orders. Children information is never solicited nor kept in any format. If you believe your child signed up for our newsletter please email us at info@winerackspecialist.com and we will delete it from our database. Please understand it is impossible to keep children from adding an email address to our newsletter, we will delete it on a request or finding out it belongs to a minor. If you wish your child to have the newsletter sign-up with your email address and forward it to them.
Breakage
If you should receive an order broken or damaged, please call our customer service representative within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns
No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt od merchandise.
Restocking Charge
A 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges, will be added to all refused orders.
