Operation Dog-Vs-Wine Rack The Rescue 11-2-09

Created on November 3, 2009 using FlipShare. I work in a vet clinic where a client brought in their dog whose head got stuck in their wrought-iron wine rack. We luckily had some bolt cutter handy and with three quick snips (I missed the first two on this video), the dog was free and unharmed!
